During this holiday season, more than 500 foster children in 22 Alabama counties received new bicycles for Christmas. Phillip’s Bicycles for Foster Kids is a non-profit group in Talladega County hoping to share this Christmas cheer by raising money to distribute bicycles to memorialize Phillip.
