MIDLAND CITY, Ala. — October 1, 2026 — Coleman Worldwide Moving today announced the appointment of Charles Flowers as Chief Financial Officer. Flowers succeeds Joyce Farish, who has served as the company's Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Following the transition, Farish will continue to support Coleman in a financial advisor role.

As Chief Financial Officer, Flowers will lead the company's financial strategy, accounting, treasury, budgeting, and financial planning functions while helping drive Coleman Worldwide Moving's long-term growth and operational excellence. He will be responsible for ensuring the company's continued financial strength and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
Flowers joined Coleman Worldwide Moving in 2012 and has served in several key financial leadership roles at the company's corporate headquarters in Midland City, Alabama. Throughout his tenure, he has been instrumental in strengthening the company's financial performance, supporting strategic acquisitions, improving profitability and cash flow, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

Flowers earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Auburn University and is a graduate of the Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Dothan program. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the International Association of Movers, where he contributes to advancing the moving and relocation industry's global initiatives.
Brakefield also recognized the outstanding contributions of outgoing CFO Joyce Farish.
