From day one, John helped us every step of the way, from helping to keep us on task, to meeting the pick up date, to properly caring and packing our most fragile and cherished items. Along the route John checked in, ensuring that we knew when our items would arrive in Colorado. And then days later, he followed up further to ensure that our items were delivered safely, that we were happy with the process. Had two shipments. One to Oregon other to North Carolina. Rep explained methods for separate shipments. The use of container for smaller shipment. Explained what happens on the receiving end. He told us what we needed to know ... told us at least 5 times. ha
