Coleman Worldwide Moving is pleased to announce today new leadership changes in the Department of Safety.

Gwen Vickers, Assistant Director of Safety, will become Director of Safety, succeeding Kathy Grigsby.  Vickers has been with the company for 12 years.  Grigsby will move to a new role as Director of Field Safety Compliance and Risk Management.

“We are fortunate to have exceptionally hard-working and talented leaders across the company.  As we expand our operations in the field, these critical roles allow us to keep safety our top priority as we drive that growth even more,” said John Coleman, Executive Vice President.

Before assuming this position, Grigsby spent more than two decades at Coleman, advancing safety compliance and risk management throughout the company and the industry. In her new role, Grigsby will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety and risk management initiatives and programs at all service center locations throughout the Coleman system.  She will regularly visit these locations and engage management and the service center as a whole in training, education and compliance related activities.

“Kathy and Gwen are accomplished leaders within our organization,” Coleman said.  “They both bring a clear vision and proven ability that reflects our continued commitment to safety.”
