I have never written a review before but I felt this was the time to do so. Stephanie and Jeff were my packers. They were efficient, quick and friendly. I want to send a shout out to Tiffany Rich from the Belton, Texas office for taking care of me and my crate from the start in Corpus Christi, TX to the final destination in San Diego, CA. My mom passed away so practically everything in the crate was of sentimental value to me. I was really stressed out during this whole move as I was still in Texas. Tiffany stayed in contact with me throughout the move. She was right on top when the crate was delayed, they couldn't find it but in the end everything was found, unloaded and I couldn't be happier! Kudos to Tiffany! You are my angel! Linda

I moved from Houston to the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee and Allied did a great job! My movers who picked my stuff in Texas were great - really careful and organized, nothing at all broken or lost. They stayed in touch when they were on the road and arrived early! I'm very happy and will use Allied the next time I move. The sales people were also really responsive & efficient. I highly recommend.

As usual, it is the small things that make a successful move. A small item like not including debri (box and paper) pickup made this move a less than ideal move. I give the moving team a 10, not so with the overall move. With over 12 USAF and corporate moves, I have never had one that did not include box/paper pickup. When I called to schedule a pickup, I was told the order did not include pickup and it was my responsibility. With an over 16000lb move, there were quite a few items to try and get to the trash. However, for a few more dollars they would be happy to pickup the boxes. While I believe pickup was discussed at the initial survey, it was left off the order for some reason. It’s not the additional cost. I paid for this move and I can pay the added cost but I believe this is a shady way to add the the total move price.

First, let me start this review by stating that I have received no compensation whatsoever for my review nor have I requested any. It is my pleasure to share with others what a truly excellent interstate move looks like. I will try to upload some photos that clearly show how Coleman American Allied strives to take tender loving care of your home and belongings. Mark Wiemers came to do my pre-move survey and I knew at once that I was in good hands. He was unflappable and the consummate professional. I moved 3,800 lbs from Clay Center, KS to Fort Dodge, IA in mid-May 2018. The supervising packer, Trisha, was very experienced at packing fine china and collectibles. She didn’t even blink when she saw my cabinet full of extremely delicate Dresden Lace figurines, and, as I stated, not one was broken or damaged! To be fair, I will include what I saw that could have been improved upon: there were two young men who packed the items in my basement, out of Trisha’s sight. One of them was particularly immature and spent his time trying to hide and jump out and scare the other one who was actually trying to work. So, in my opinion, this young man probably does not have a future with Coleman and I feel I had only two packers, not three. The moving crew of Angie and Chris are extraordinary! They laid protective pads down throughout my home before moving anything (pick-up and delivery) and put super heavy padded wall guards up on the corners of the high traffic area so as not to chip or scra

Awesome moving company. The workers were very professional and worked hard to get my three bedroom, two car garage and basement all packed up. Not only were they professional but very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Thank you to Ardelle, Al, Collin, Leah, Miguel, Sabrina and Zack. You guys were great!!! Out of all of the military movers and packers we have ever had,THIS has been the best! Ashley, our packer was an absolute superstar. She moved through the boxes at lightening speed and was so graceful and respectful to me and my family. She definitely represented the company very well and because of her, I want to use this moving company again. She deserves a promotion or a raise! Bravo Coleman American!

Our move was a dream come true. Having moved many times, we feel that this was the best. Tiffany and her team were outstanding and went way out of their way to make our experience as good as it could possible be. Larry, the driver showed up exactly as promised.
