We moved from Huntsville, Alabama to Salem, Oregon. Our experience was extremely positive. Our initial contact representative with Coleman/Allied - Patti Mullins - bent over backwards to make sure our move went smoothly, from providing boxes prior to the move to contacting the driver the day before to ensure everything was on track. She stayed in touch with us even after we arrived at our destination. The drivers, Randy and Virginia Smith, were professional, courteous and efficient. They too maintained contact throughout. We suffered some damage to furniture, but Allied honored our claim without question. I have recommended Coleman and Allied to our friends and their children and would recommend them to anyone who wants a smooth, professional move.
