After the deaths of our dad this June, we found ourselves having to make a very hasty move to another state to take care of our aging, vision impaired mother. Our daughter could come and stay with her but only for a week. We booked with an online moving service that turned out to be a broker not a major mover. They made promises to pick up and deliver they did not keep. We were in a time crunch and the people at Allied in Pensacola came to our rescue. I was so blessed to reach Denard the GM in Pensacola who along with Jack Jacobs, jumped through hoops to help us out. AND it was a Friday and the 4th of July weekend. They showed up packed up everything we had and got it on the truck same day in less than the projected 4 hours. Professional from the very beginning to the very last item loaded to the truck. They are our new hero’s.

Darren and Connie Wright delivered outstanding customer service during a company move from SC to FL. I appreciated the driver staying in touch via text message or cell call on the status of arrival beforehand. In addition, I valued how the partnership started with Darren explaining his values with providing excellent Customer Service and delivering on his promise being his highest priority. Whenever issues arose with storage space at the destination, Darren asked if he could make suggestions, which optimized the amount of space I had available. I found Darren competent and he and Connie both complementing each others strengths and able to remove stress out of this relocation. Didn't know you could ask for the driver you preferred until this experience! Will request this couple again should the need arise.
