This is an update to my original one star review I posted due to poor communications from the regional San Antonio management. The shipment was finally scheduled six days later than originally expected, however I was so impressed with the two gentlemen that made the delivery, I upgraded my experience rating from one star to four stars. They were great and extremely professional.

Moving is so stressful, these guys made it easy!! We recently moved from CA to TX after 20+ years in the community. Wes came out not once, but twice to help inventory our belongings and answer all our questions (read - address all our concerns/fears), just awesome! When packing day came, we had the best possible experience with a highly motivated, respectful, and fun group securing all our stuff. Our driver, Roberto, the most professional, hard working, and trust worthy company employee I've ever met (request this guy and change your move date to accommodate his schedule). He spent time reviewing inventory, confirming counts, and addressing all my wife's fears. He let us know when he'd arrive at our destination and showed up early! Everything made it without damage and the crew Roberto arranged in TX was more hard working, respectful, and engaging than we thought possible.
