Jack Jacobs is a consummate professional. He and the entire team communicated with us at every step. Our driver, "Big John" Hawkins and his team (including the packers) were friendly, kind, and conscientious -- all this despite searing August heat and humidity in our move from Pensacola to the Jacksonville area. The moving crew went above and beyond to do their best, and after the move Jack continues to be responsive and make sure everything is just as we want it to be. Good company. Great folks.
