Darren and Connie Wright delivered outstanding customer service during a company move from SC to FL. I appreciated the driver staying in touch via text message or cell call on the status of arrival beforehand. In addition, I valued how the partnership started with Darren explaining his values with providing excellent Customer Service and delivering on his promise being his highest priority. Whenever issues arose with storage space at the destination, Darren asked if he could make suggestions, which optimized the amount of space I had available. I found Darren competent and he and Connie both complementing each others strengths and able to remove stress out of this relocation. Didn't know you could ask for the driver you preferred until this experience! Will request this couple again should the need arise.
