My moving team... The estimator (Stephen - Birmingham team) was friendly, professional, thorough, and informative. When I had questions, he took the time to explain every answer. The moving coordinator (Lanai - Birmihgham team) was friendly and attentive to all questions. She did a great job checking in with me throughout the moving process to make sure my expectations were met or exceeded; which they were! The packing team in Birmingham (Brenda, Daniel, Percy, and Jimmy) did a great job packing up my house. They were professional, southern-courteous (yes ma'am, no ma'am), and made the time, that's typically stressful for shippers, less stressful. I'm so thankful they packed my belongings with great care. The loading team in Birmingham (Percy, Daniel, and Mike (aka Mr Brenda) also did a fantastic job wrapping up the furniture and loading my belongings. They completed the job quickly and just like the packing crew were professional and courteous. Not only did they NOT complain about having to move my baby grand piano, they made it seem like it was no big deal. The unloading team from Broken Arrow (Chris, Orlando and Butch) were friendly and went above and beyond to get me settled in Owasso. When my house is built, I'll definitely be calling to have them move me again. I can't say enough about the driver, Marco (OKC team). The service we received from Allied/Coleman when we moved from FL to NC was nothing but commendable. Our representative Todd Trotter in Orlando was very professional, responsive, informative and patient as we initially didn't have a move in date when we set up the pick up and delivery. Likewise for Charlene who handles the office stuff. The guys who packed our household goods were very prompt, very polite and hard working. It's hard work and they do it with pride. Our hats off to Derick Acosta, Darnell Hardin, Ismael Guzman and Jose Alvarado! Thank you for taking pride in what you do! Thank you Allied/Coleman! We will highly recommend your service to our friends and family and whenever we have to move again!

My move with Coleman Allied couldn't have gone more smoothly, even though I had to make some last minute changes about the pickup date. Jessica was my initial contact person and Ally was my move coordinator, and both stayed very much on top of things throughout. Both the folks that packed up my belongings and the folks that delivered them were very efficient and professional. I was a little anxious about my antique furniture, but everything arrived in great shape.

From the beginning Abigail, the sales/estimator, was efficient and super nice, next Katie, the coordinator, was on top of everything, and finally Benny and Adam came in and packed up my 1500 sq ft house very quickly and carefully. On load day Benny brought in David for an extra set of hands to help pack the garage and barn and then they proceeded to load everything (just shy of 15k lbs) on a very long day, but did it like pros and never complained, even as I questioned multiple times that they would get it all to fit. This company and particularly these men exceeded my expectations and made for an easy transition for my family!!! We are forever grateful.

I was so skeptic at 1st after all the mixed reviews, but my expectations were far exceeded. My move from FL to Dallas was exceptional! My packer Monte and his crew were professional and quick! He labeled and inventoried everything as they packed. Lloyd ' s quote of my move and Kristy ' s constant communication gave me a piece of mind. My driver Mike and his crew delivered and setup my furtinure with no complaints! He called the day before,gave me a window of time for delivery and then called when he was enroute. There are truly wonderful people representing this company. Thank you for all your hard work. I would use this company without a question for my next move!!!!!

I am moving overseas from Beaufort, SC and wanted a smooth transition is doing so. My overall experience was great. The employees that came to help were very polite, respectful and fast! However, a specific item was packed when I asked for it not to be packed and they would not take my television (42'') because I was moving from the barracks and not an actual house. When I receive my belongings I am confident that everything will be just as we packed it!
