I recently returned to the states from Sasebo, Japan due to Naval assignment for three years. I received an email stating that our household goods had arrived; with recently arriving to my new duty station, I have new found duties and responsibilities that would restrict my schedule, but I requested for a delivery as early as possible and they did just that. Thanks Ms. Jana. I received a call at about 0950 from a Mr. Carlos Wiley on my delivery date; he informed me that he and his partner would be arriving shortly and then another call at about 1008 stating they were down stairs, these calls allowed me and my wife the opportunity to be prepared and not surprised. From the initial greetings by Mr. Carlos and his partner (I cannot remember his name at this time unfortunately). The two gentlemen expeditiously moved all of my items into my apartment, and when our couch did not fit onto the elevator without any kind of animosity they located the nearest stairs and flew up the steps as if they hadn't been moving multiple boxes. This team was professional, friendly and the way these two worked together provided for speed and efficiency. Thank you so much. These two individuals have shown that Coleman Allied moving company, selects only the elite individuals to service their customers. I am extremely disappointed in myself for not remembering the other gentleman's name. OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Thanks again.

I just want you all to know how grateful I am for you guys. I had been canceled by another moving company without notice due to the fact I was too far West in the State of Tx. When they did not arrive when scheduled I called and after a week of given the run around I found out the problem. I called Coleman Allied and Cindi Williams came out the very next day to give me a quote. She was very through and told me exactly what to expect and how everything would be packed and taken care of. On moving day Ulysses, Tim, and Gino arrived and carefully wrapped & packed everything. They were great and very pleasant to work with. It was even better when I found out that they would also be the ones to deliver my things to my new home. Thank you guys you are the Greatest. God Bless you.

The staff at Coleman/Allied made the move very easy, and greatly lessened the stress of this challenging event. Every step of the process, starting with the in-house estimate provided by David Jachim, continuing with the logistics supervisor John, and the excellent driver, James was as smooth as it can be. I would warmly recommend Allied for interstate moves.

Coleman Allied, are caring and concern movers. - You will be happy you chose them as your movers. - The mover himself was friendly and professional, protected our wood furniture; dining room set, entertainment unit, etc without a scratch at the destination site. Protected our living room furniture with protective wrapping. Our House Hold Goods (HHG) were delivered in a short period of time as promised. Cost was reasonable and fair. - They corporate office follows up before, during, and after the move to answer any questions or concerns.

Coleman movers packed up our household items from their Hawaii location, and that particular location the movers mishandled our items by not properly inventorying, not wrapping up items, and not being careful when moving things. So I was very nervous when we found out the same company was delivering our items in Washington. However, the two movers that day Kuduko (spelling?) and Will changed my mind about this particular location. They were outstanding! We are a military family and we move around a lot and I have never seen such hardworking movers. They had to move all our items up two flights of stairs and not once did they complain, or even sit down. I was very impressed with their professionalism and hard work. I would definitely recommend the Seattle/Tacoma location and especially these two movers to anyone!

Service and attention extraordinaire is what we receive from Matt Wright and the Allied Coleman team. The packing process was so smooth we could only sit and watch. When the moving team arrived they were equally efficient and courteous. Matt has been counsel and friendly advisor. Very impressed with Coleman Allied. Jeff came out to give me the estimate and was very thorough. He gave me information that I didn't know, even though I had previously moved cross country. Veronica followed up before moving day to answer all my last minute questions. The movers were very flexible with my changing schedule and even changing address. I moved from Florida to Georgia. I really appreciated their services and would highly recommend them.

I am a over the road driver for Coleman American and I had a few days of loading to do on the area. I had to use the Coleman American in Jessup to pick up my paperwork and to talk to the staff about anything that I should know about before heading out to the residences. The staff and office personnel were friendly courteous and helped me right away once I walked in the door. I was treated respectfully and professionally like anyone would want to be.
