Overall good
I used Coleman for packing and moving. The packing crew and delivery crew were both great sets of guys--on time, very friendly, and hard working. As for the actual packing, I was a little disappointed. Most of my boxes (90%)--and all of my breakables--were perfect. The items were thoroughly wrapped and thoughtfully placed in the box. For about 10% of the boxes, items were just thrown together with no thought given. Nothing was broken, but in those 10% of boxes, things were bent out of shape. On the delivery end, the crew did a fantastic job moving my furniture onto the third floor of a townhouse with a narrow and twisting staircase. My walls were not scratched at all, despite very tight turns. And again, the attitudes of all the crew members were excellent.

Pretty reliable company
Pretty reliable company. They were timely, and did a great job of loading and unloading. Only for three stars for the crew that packed us. Also our move-in coordinator was pretty much useless. So we dealt with the driver from the moving truck and he was wonderful! Overall a pretty good experience with a reputable company.

Overall a great experience! We moved from a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator to another state. The crew handled everything with such professionalism. Thank you!
Wondering When and where
Overall it was satisfactory but there were glitches in unpacking crates that Coleman packed but we had to uncrate and move to a different room.All of our furniture arrived in good shape with only two knobs to glue.
Best Service
I had to reschedule my move more than once and they were so accommodation. The packing crew was friendly and efficient and Joseph said he would be there at 8 to load and he was on time same thing to unload. Everyone I was in contact with was very helpful and efficient
Best move yet
This was my fourth hired move and my first using Coleman. It was by far the best move yet. They were on top of answering my questions, proactive about reaching out during my pack and load, and all the workers cared about not only my stuff but my family. They did a thoughtful/thorough job.
