I recently booked a move through Coleman and I was absolutely thrilled with the service I received. I have never paid for a move before and have always done it myself so I wasn't sure what to expect but from start to finish the service I received was fantastic. Stacy Black, our moving consultant did an excellent job helping us with a quote and simplifying the process by letting us know what to expect and how it works. They actually use an app where you can video record your possessions and upload them to a secure server allowing Stacy to give a quote without needing to even step inside your home which was super convenient for my schedule and very easy to do. The general manager, Jad Tawater, was very professional and helpful throughout the process and Tiffany Rich, our moving coordinator reached out and checked in on us multiple times throughout the process doing whatever she could to ensure we were satisfied. The moving crew did an exceptional job ensuring our possessions were packed in a secure manner and they took the precautions to ensure nothing in my house was damaged in the process. I could not have been happier with the level of service I received and will never use a company outside of Coleman to move in the future. Thank you guys so much for helping me during this stressful process and making it as easy as can be.
