We've moved half a dozen times using professional movers and the crew from Coleman were absolutely the best! We had to contact them at the last minute due to one of their competitors being completely incompetent. The Coleman staff jumped through hoops to get us out of our home by our short deadline. They also did an excellent job getting our contents packed away into storage. Top notch and very professional! A+++++

If you're moving from Hawaii make sure you work with Tom Freeman, he's THE BEST!!!! Great customer service and he knows the drill pretty well. As far as the crew who picked up in Honolulu, they were OK, we had allocated all shipping items for them so it would simplify things but they ended up leaving certain things behind... not a biggie but make sure you keep a close eye before they seal your box. But in El Paso, this was the real deal: a 2 man crew, Jesus and his partner, i forgot her name but those two really left us impressed. It took them about 3-4 hours to get everything ready, meaning whatever was disassembled in Hawaii they put it back together... BIG KUDOS for Tom Freeman (Hawaii), Jesus and his partner (El Paso). I hope this company cares for its employees because it's hard to find good people like these 3 now in our days. PS. one more thing, if you're shipping your vehicles with them, just make sure they're no longer using ACME as their third party, it will give you a very sour taste that shouldn't fall on their plate.
