In August 2010 Coleman American Allied packed and moved our daughter's family from Jacksonville, FL to St. Cloud, MN. It could have been a full 2 days of packing, but the crew was able to do it one day, after completing a pack out early in the day. We were there for the packing of the household and the moving onto the van. The packer was there both days and did a tremendous job. We were impressed with her thoroughness and professionalism. We sensed her strong desire to do a great job (she did). Everyone we met from the Allied team impressed us. The move went well even with a final destination change at the last minute.

I just wanted express how much we really enjoyed our driver. He was so very efficient, extremely polite, respectful, and friendly. He knew exactly what to do and quickly with care. He moved my mother-in-law from Mayfield, KY to Rochester Hills, MI. He was wonderful about communicating his arrival time with me, so I was able to meet him at her apartment and he moved all the boxes and furniture and I checked off the numbers on the clipboard. He was in and out in about 45 minutes then on his way to Chicago. What a schedule and he was so upbeat about his job, he said he loved it. I just wanted to thank you for sending us such a great guy. We had a very wonderful experience with such a long move.

My husband and I recently relocated from Florida to Alabama for a job with Vulcan Materials. In this day and time, people are so quick to complain about anything and everything, so when something goes right, I feel like it needs to be acknowledged. I was very apprehensive about using a moving company for the first time. I had heard negative stories and wasn't sure what to expect. However, I am very pleased to say my concerns were unfounded. Our relocation consultant was wonderful and she was there for us from the beginning until the end. She called and emailed often to advise us of what to expect, when things were scheduled, to make sure things were running smoothly, and to answer the MANY questions I had along the way. Also, Coleman American's packers, loaders, driver, and off loaders were all great. They worked hard and diligently, as we had a big shipment and a steep incline driveway. They were careful with our things and nothing was broken. As far as I am concerned, Vulcan Materials is using the right moving company to handle their relocations. I am glad our first time using a moving company turned out to be such a positive experience.

Within a day of his visit we received emailed work-ups of the estimate and all information necessary for planning our move. The crew of movers, Daniel, John, Will, and Armando were professional in every way. I had full confidence in their abilities to handle my belongings with care and expertise. Considering I had not moved in 31 years, they had a hovering client with which to contend! They always let me know when they were taking a break (not often enough, I fear, given the heat) and when they were going to lunch. They worked steadily and worked well together as a team. Moving into our new home the following day went just as smoothly. We had several visits that day, and since then these friends have commented how polite and friendly our movers were. These compliments were genuine and unsolicitied - always the best kind! Please extend our satifaction to our moving crew and their supervisor.
