My husband and I moved from Indiana to Florida in November. I was very nervous about having a company pack my things and drive off with them. Our consultant Tracy came to our house to give us a quote and she was pleasant and spot on about how much space our things would take in the truck. On moving day, Joey, Johnathan and Tommy showed up a little late but kept me informed about the time (they hit a horrible storm coming from their previous job in Michigan). They were very courteous and got started right away with inventory and wrapping the furniture. I had everything already boxed up and they were very complimentary about my packing job. They got the whole house (3 stories) packed by 9:00 p.m. Our delivery window was November 11-13. November 11th was a holiday so I figured no delivery that day. Joey kept me informed about where we were in the delivery schedule. The truck had some problems and was in the shop until Sunday. They went to pick up the truck on Sunday and it wasn't fixed so they had to wait until Monday to get another truck cab. Delivery would be on Tuesday, which was fine because I still needed to shop for things for the house. They arrived when they said they would an started unpacking - this time just Joey and Johnathan and Tommy went on to another job. These guys were AMAZING. They put things were I asked them and stacked things in the garage that I didn't need right away. Nothing was damaged or lost and these men were courteous and friendly both during pick up and delivery. I would HIGHLY recommend Coleman-Allied for any moving job but especially if you are moving across country.
