A week ago today our move started with our certified moving consultant, Bob Benson, greeting us and introducing the crew headed by Misael. His crew members Antonio, Oscar, Junior, Daniel and Sam were a delight to work with. Bob's estimate came within $5 of the actual charges which was the most accurate we've ever experienced. He provided communication with the operations department and that manager visited us late morning to make sure the service was exceeding our expectation and satisfaction which it was. The equipment was excellent and we experienced no damage at both homes. Their protection of the walls and floors was extraordinarily well done.. It was obvious the crew members had worked well together before and were fun and extraordinarily competent. The contents were moved with zero damage.
