Typically, what would be a very chaotic and hectic situation, operated in a well-planned and successful move. Coleman American did a good job with packing, loading and unloading our belongings. In desperation, I called the crew leader (Ms. Joyce) on the cell phone number she had used to contact me that morning. When I realized the cap and gown had been packed, I fully expected that I would not be able to get them in time. However, Ms. Joyce and Wendy went out of their way, using their own personal time, to help me fix a mistake that I alone had caused. As a result, I was able to attend my graduation. This was extremely important to me and to my visiting friends and family, and I will always appreciate their help.
